BOOX Palma 2 Flip-fold Protective Case (White)

I really like this case. I’ve been using it for the last 6 months and feel like it does a good job protecting my boox palma while it is in my purse. I am still careful not to drop my ereader, because, but it protects it and the screen while jostling around in my cross body bag. I like the little magnetic ‘clasp’ on the sides, and the color (off white) is pretty and classy. It appeal doesn’t add too much bulk In my opinion.

Perfect Boox Palma case that allows me to prop up my Palma to see the time on my desk 24/7. Love the case. It fits great in my hand when reading and it fits the Palma like a glove. I went with this one because it was made by Boox. It was the right decision. Love it!

Good case but ads extra bulk

I bought this because I dropped my Boox while using another case and it got damaged. This offers so much more protection and grip that I have to love it! Added bonus, while I’m reading, I can hold it like a book to keep my pages away from prying eyes on the subway. Ifykyk lol

Copied from my review of the Palma 2. The case works, but beware of support from Boox (if you expect any support at all). The case was used on the device the day it was first received - despite this and the device never being dropped/etc, Boox is rejecting the warranty or additional support.Loved the device when it worked. However, the screen stopped working only 3.5 months after purchasing the device. It was never dropped, exposed to water and was in the Boox protective case I bought alongside the device.After reaching out to support for the screen no longer working, they informed me that screens are not included in the warranty and if I wanted it fixed, I’d have to pay ~$125 to ship it back to them.I find it absolutely ridiculous that a device that cost ~$300 hasn’t lasted four months, and that I’m expected to pay nearly half the cost of the original device to have it repaired.I’m no new user to e-ink devices and have had multiple Kindles and Kobos for over a decade without issue. I should have never replaced my Kobo with this device - this has been the worst customer support I have received by far.If I do get it repaired, I’m absolutely selling it as soon as I get it back so I can go back to Kobo or another platform. This was a terrible mistake.

I love my Boox Palma 2 but this case takes away the best part: how wonderful it feels in your hand. It’s far too bulky and awkward. It’s not bad looking but you don’t buy a Palma for its good looks. You buy it because it’s the most convenient ereader and this case makes it less so. Returning.

Great protection for my palma 2. Love it. It helps to hold the reader better. At least for me.
