Wouldn't use any other headset for work
I was issued this with my last company and turned it in. When starting my new job, they issued a different headset that had the worst audio. I paid for this out of my pocket to go back and don't regret it. I really like that you can pull the cable to make it compatible with older devices that take a 3.5mm jack.

Nice headphones for the money
I've had these headphones for about six months now and I love them. The sound quality is excellent. I don't use the in-line volume control or mute though. The only annoyance is that when I mute from Zoom or Teams, the headphones tell me "MUTE IS ON" (or, conversely, "MUTE IS OFF"). It's REALLY loud. I wish there was a way to control the volume of that. One nice feature is that if you start talking and you're muted, the headphones tell you "MUTE IS ON". That is helpful as with my previous set of headphones I'd prattle on while on mute, and then wonder why everyone was interrupting me or ignoring me. So they protect me from my own stupidity to a certain degree. I'd definitely buy these again (if they somehow wear out) and I recommend them to others when the opportunity arises. They are especially good if you can get your employer to foot the bill!

Very well constructed worked right out of the box
This is far away the best headset microphone ever purchased. Worked right out of the box is forbidden and there I was a little test my Dragon naturally speaking. It works terrifically on that. Also sound quality from you to is very good I have yet to check the volume control so momentarily. It is also very comfortable on the head and ears perfect weight.Strange note they always include a set of warranty information written in 759 languages typeface is smaller than what they use to write the Constitution on a grain of rice. So basically no one can read it this nor understand it unless they have a law degree. It also includes a separate card in Chinese. I threw the whole mess away interesting little thing on the wire they have a small card for 4"x 2" with five small images that give you the basic instructions. It is fairly self-explanatory for anyone has used these devices. Just thought that was all very funny.

Not the best product, but still decent quality.
I used this headset as it was preferred by the company that I was previously employed with. I had received this exact pair from the company with the other equipment that had arrived, but did later need to replace it due to my cats damaging it. This is the only reason that I had purchased this particular product. I was working from home as a call center representative. The headset itself is very light weight and comfortable. There were many times that I would stand up from my desk and start walking away because I had forgotten I was wearing them. The sound quality on my end was very good and usually the calls came through very clear unless the person on the other end of the line had a lot of background noise or had their phone on speaker, but that is no fault of the headset of course. The only thing I really have to complain about is the fact the 8/10 members that I would speak to on a daily basis would have quite a bit of trouble hearing me, even when I had the microphone as close to my face as it could get and I was practically yelling just so that they could hear me. I did do some troubleshooting and had made sure that my settings were correct, but it still did not help most of the time. Though, when using the headset for gaming because my gaming headset had died, those in my party were able to hear me just fine and there were no issues with them. All in all, not the best product there is but it would work just fine in certain circumstances.

Great Headset for price point
I use this headset for both work and personal scenarios. I have two one for the office and one for home, I work from home more than in the office. But it's easier to have a set in both places. I feel for the price you get a good product. It's plug and play. I have used it with Zoom, Jabber (yes so antiquated I know!), Teams, many different telephony applications and they all play nice with the product. I would definitely recommend. My only note, and not really a complaint, I have a parrot and sometimes the noise cancelling does not work as well. I can still hear her....but that could be because she's a noisy nuisance some days!! LOL

Great headset for our open floor office
I am pleased with this purchase because being in a noisy, open floor plan type office with many people being on calls simultaneously, the microphone does a great job of blocking out other noise and focusing on my voice. The headphones also do a good job of toning down outside noise. I prefer these over ANC because ANC makes me ears feel weird like being in an airplane when the air pressure changes. Overall, I tried various inexpensive options, and these have been the best at blocking out noise from the MIC! A lot of headsets block out noise from the headphones but it's the MIC that gets neglected. For the price, these are excellent quality, even a renewed or "used-like new" option is worth it IMO.

Comfortable
I purchased a different brand that had great reviews but they were uncomfortable and hurt my ears, these are soft and don’t add any unnecessary pressure. Great clarity, no voice feedback, and I like that I can use the boom mic from either side.
