Works as expected.
This works well. The for DayTime use tastes nasty, but the for NightTime use tastes like yummy cherry syrup!

This is such a reliable product. I had huge headache with major nasal congestion so this thing the night version got me sleeping in 20 minutes, i was surprised the day after. The day version is also excellent and i feel it really works better than other less expensive brand. This product and brand is A++ you should try it!

love this product
I love this stuff and other than the big Q occasionally the only other thing I use! I buy it here on Amazon because it's hard to find in the sick seasons in any stores. Amazon always has it for a fair price and I don't have to go play who's got the good stuff! The knock off brands don't cut it!
