Manual is clear, good fitting parts. We ran into a faulty part, a valve with a broken cap stem and reached out to customer support. They quickly sent an entire new kit within days. In my experience this response is rare and much appreciated.

Son thinks it’s so cool!
Product is great! My son got it for his 8th birthday and loves it. I would say that the band that wraps around the fan for it to spin is really thin and fragile

Wonderful model
My son and I had a blast putting this model together. Lots of detail and opportunities for conversation about how and why it works the way it does. I will also note that it has a fair number of delicate plastic pieces, care should be used when assembling. In fact, my son accidentally broke one piece - but Playz came through in a big way. Those kind folks were very supportive over email and sent a replacement part quickly. A+ product and an A+ company. Definitely recommend.

Product is as advertised. Good size, clear to assemble, functions with motor. One broken part in the package and one piece isn't rotating quite right after first assembly, otherwise would have rated at 5.

Happy 10 years old
Just started with a curious 10 year old. Unfortunately he was too excited and broke some parts right away. Other reviews say Playz is great at helping get replacement pieces, so I will check that out. Or the wonders of modern two parts glues. Time will tell, but he is super excited.
