I really like these they work really well. I love that they aren’t silicone so my ice doesn’t smell weird. The cubes are a good size and you get so many of them with the two trays even just one is still a good amount.. I like that there’s a lid on each of the trays so that the water doesn’t spill out upon transfer to your freezer after filling it and you can stack them a lot better with the lid on. They came out very easily from the first tray. It was a little bit more challenging on the second but all you really need to do is run a little bit of cold water over it and dump it out with a bit of light twisting. It’ll do enough to loosen the ice cubes if you do it cold, but they won’t melt. I would say it still works better than a lot of standard plastic ice trays. I’ve really small hands. I think it looks visually fine, better than standard ice trays. I like the colors available. I got black and turquoise because they were a dollar cheaper at the time. I don’t know why people complain about the design though because it’s just an ice tray. It’s not the centerpiece of your dining room table.

This GORILLA GRIP Stackable Ice Cube Tray and Bucket Set works great! The ice cubes are larger than what I'm used to, but I actually like that because I end up using fewer of them. The trays and bucket fit perfectly in my freezer, and the stackable design is super convenient for saving space. The ice cubes are a good size and so are the ice trays. The ice container is too short to put 2 trays of ice cubes and the huge scoop in it and put the ice trays on top for a lid. I can barely fit the 2 trays of ice in the container and have the ice trays sit right. The container needs to be at least another inch or two higher. I wish the container had its own lid. Yeah sure the scoop and the 2 trays of ice would fit without the ice trays on top but you are suppose to be able to put the trays on top for a lid. I wish the container was bigger

So I debated heavily between 3 of these before making my purchase. I ended up picking this one because of the color & lid. Great choice, saves space & keeps us with ice! While the bucket is on the smaller side it is able to hold both the included trays plus one other & i fill them daily. We use alot of ice & I love that the smaller squares fit in the smaller/tight neck water bottles.

I have no use for the scoop or bin, but the trays are excellent. The covers fit tightly enough that I can raise the trays to a high refrigerator-freezer shelf without spilling, the cubes are a nice size, and the whole trayfull can be released by twisting--unlike the silicone-bottomed trays that require pushing each cube out separately! They might take a bit longer to freeze than trays with more separation of cubes--but also provide more ice in the same space.

You can't have everything, of course. But if the designer had just raised two sides of receptacle (the small box into which you dump the ice cubes) then all you'd have to do is push down on an overturned tray and it would wrench the ice cubes free. As it is, you have to do all the wrenching and just hope the cubes don't go flying. That said, this is a well-made product, and it's been durable over the months. I like the tray lids, which prevents spills on the way to the freezer and of course prevents the freezing water from absorbing odors.

The ice trays were perfect. Love that each has a cover. I wish the ice bucket would have had a separate cover but it took care of what I needed. The scoop was also a nice touch.
