Walking Boot Socks Bamboo Viscose (2 Pairs) Lightweight Replacement Sock Liner for Medical Tube Cast Socks

After a right ankle fracture landed me in a walking boot for over a month, these socks quickly became non-negotiable. The use is simple: slip them on, put the boot on, and instantly avoid misery. They were extremely effective at preventing rubbing and chafing — no raw skin, no hot spots, no daily regret. The softness is excellent, and the thickness is just right: cushioned enough to feel supportive under the foot, but not so thick that the boot feels tight or awkward. In terms of wearability, these stayed comfortable all day. I could walk normally, and it honestly felt like the inside of the boot was better padded and more stable once I started using these liners. If you’re stuck in a walking boot and want it to feel less like medieval torture and more like a functional medical device, these socks are absolutely worth it. Easy 5/5 — highly recommend.

These socks are perfect! I fractured my ankle and could not get any of my socks over all the swelling. These went over the swelling and weren't painful to put on as their lightweight yet, just thick enough to cushion in the boot. My foot and leg feel so much better now after two weeks in my walking boot and after just a day in them, they're keeping the swelling down even though they're not compression socks. Be careful as if they hit the velcro, they will snag just as any sock would. Some of the reviews I read where they were snagging and getting holes is most likely from the velcro hitting them. They're so durable and warm that I haven't even needed a blanket over my foot. The value cant be beat with four socks, you can't go wrong! Order them, you won't regret it!

These socks are amazing! They are exactly what I needed I'm on a high boot very unexpectedly from a strained tendon for a few weeks. I'm 5'8" and have long legs. Fit is perfect. They are stretchy but they fit will and are not sagging. They are appropriate thickness, without feeling tight. They washed well, with no significant changes. My feet sweat terribly usually and surprisingly I've been able to wear each sock twice before having to wash it. The bamboo Visco's fabric makes them very breathable and light. I wore these socks on the other good leg one day, as a way to protect from mosquitoes to be fully covered and was surprised at how well it protected without extreme tightness on the leg. These are a great product!!!

These were great for using while I was wearing a boot - post ankle surgery. They go up to your knee as shown and are comfortable and warm. Will continue to use them as knee socks in winter now that I am out of the boot.

Very comfortable and helpful. I had to wear a cam boot for several months and despite inflated padding, it was uncomfortable on the front of my shin. These socks solved that problem. In addition, they are long enough to fold the top down over the velcro straps and inflater bulb on the short boot which protects the velcro from fraying.

I really did like the walking boots, socks, and how soft they were and comfortable they were. My only complaint was if you get the Velcro straps stuck on them they are going to have lots of pulls .. I don’t consider them a long-term option, but they worked great for me being in a boot for four to 5 weeks. Now that I’m out of the boot, I have had to get rid of most of them. There are maybe two that are still in decent shape. They also don’t really function as a compression sock. They fit as they said they were going to and I thought they were a good value for the money.

Only had them one day now. The difference wearing an Aircast with them and not is the difference between night and day. They are soft, not thick but just right. No more rubbing inside the Aircast. They will snag on the velcro but everything else does, just be careful. They claim compression but they are not compression socks, they are nice fitting and not tight. You can easily put these over a broken ankle swollen or not or recovering from surgery. They do have alot of stretch. They do stay up vs falling down as well. They do not feel hot and nasty but cool and dry. They will keep the chill off but won't make you sweat. If you are searching for the best sock/stocking for your boot or Aircast, this is it. I'm very pleased and may order more for around the house after I'm well. Perfect 10 stars!

I was able to get the socks on & off over a swollen broken ankle with no problems. They are well-made, very comfortable & wash up great. Just be careful with the Velcro on boots snagging your socks. They will still work perfectly, but will have ugly snags if you don’t pay attention to this detail.
