A great gummy vitamin, the taste is delicious, looks like a candy!

These are my favorite K2D3 vitamins. I take two in the morning and two at night, which I’ve found to be the ideal amount for my needs after learning I had a deficiency. While I take several supplements, I believe vitamin D plays a key role in overall health—and possibly in supporting my mood as well.The taste is very mild—not candy-sweet, but also not medicinal. I don’t crave them, but I’ve had an easier time incorporating these into my routine than with most other vitamins. It took about two bottles of consistent use before I really started noticing any changes, so patience is key.I don’t like being in the sun (I burn easily), so this supplement helps me get the D3 I need. I first bought them at Costco and now get them on Amazon—Costco is a great deal when they’re on sale, but Amazon’s convenience makes it an easy choice too. Good value overall.The bottle is well-designed: the large cap is easy to grip and open, and the wide mouth makes grabbing a dose simple. The gummies do stick together a bit, but nowhere near as badly as others I’ve tried—and they haven’t hardened or clumped completely.For me, these have worked well, and I’ll continue repurchasing.
