Broken bottle
Shampoo bottle was damaged so had leaked before my daughter got to use it, unfortunately it was a gift that wasn't opened until Christmas day so we were unaware of the damage.

I so badly wanted this to work for me especially after reading the positive reviews but unfortunately it just made my hair even more frizzy.I followed all the instructions so maybe it’s just my hair type.It did make my hair feel a tiny bit softer but that’s all.
