Took a while to get used to but 2 weeks in it's perhaps the comfiest, supportive (it's tells me nice things) pillow I've bought! The bamboo case is great, I much prefer it to regular cotton. The shape of the pillow is odd but does work on aiding aches/pains (bought because of a trapped nerve) and helps get a better night's sleep

This pillow is perfect for me, because I need a strong support for my neck in all sleep positions. The bonus is the space for the arms on the sides, which is amazingly comfortable. The pillow stays cool at night and can also be used with an extra cover if necessary. I carry it with me everywhere I go, and it's brilliant because it rolls up and fits in a small bag that can easily fit in my suitcase. I could not do without it. I've been using this pillow for two months now, and it's the first time I have no regrets at all with an orthopedic pillow (and I've bought quite a few over the years).

Helped a comfortable night's sleep. I've ordered two within the last year. One to remain at my friend's to help him have a comfortable night . The second one I.ordered to.have at my.home. minimise his luggage when he comes to stay over. The carrying bag is perfect for travelling.

Best pillow ever! Slept great since! Shape took a minute to get used to but has took all neck and shoulder pain away. Would definitely buy again.

This is an excellent, high quality product, typical of “German engineering”. The others were American/Chinese. I injured my neck which then needed support. This provided immediate relief from (low- level) pain. I use it in bed and propped up on cushions when on the sofa, watching TV. The cover too is high quality, cool and moisture- wicking. Not much to pay for all of this. Beware the sellers on Amazon who were asking for ridiculous sums (£200-£300) for the same product with seeming impunity, perhaps before they noticed it.

So this pillow is of general good quality and was generally supportive. It is quite firm but not hugely uncomfortable and you will acclimatise to that aspect quickly. However, the design requires the head to be placed fairly precisely in the middle of the pillow to ensure comfort and support. Now, this to me seems like you are required to be conscious of your head position on the pillow whilst asleep (i.e. whilst unconscious!). So I woke up on several occasions with headaches and/or neck pain from sleeping on the wrong part. You can only sleep on one side of the pillow and that side gives two options (low edge or high edge depending on your shoulder width. I found the low edge slightly too low and the high edge too high. So adjustability is low and overall was not that easy to use. After 4 months, I am sadly returning to two fibre pillows which at least have numerous possibilities for adjustment.

It took a couple of nights to get used to it (I think it's because how low it is) but now I sleep right through until morning. My neck aches and pains have improved so less pain mens, I would say to anyone with neck problems give this a go.

Arm rest very uncomfortable

Besonders positiv finde ich, dass ich morgens weniger Verspannungen im Nacken hatte. Das Kissen fühlt sich stabil, aber trotzdem angenehm weich an und passt sich gut an. Auch die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und das Material macht einen langlebigen Eindruck. Der Bezug ist angenehm und lässt sich gut reinigen, was im Alltag sehr praktisch ist. Insgesamt ein sehr komfortables Kissen, das den Schlaf spürbar verbessern kann. Deshalb klare 5 von 5 Sternen.
