I have this installed on my Jeep Wrangler base model with a regular stereo. I tucked the wires behind the console (removing console was easy) and have the wires neatly tucked away. I'm using the AUX option and the sound is decent. Not the loudest or clearest, but pretty dang decent for the price I paid for this. The picture is good - not the best, but again... for the price, it's pretty good.Sometimes I won't get any audio connection and I have to do a "reset" on the unit, but it's quick and easy and I get sound back. Another glitch I found is if I go into reverse and the backup camera activates before my phone connects, I have to restart/unplug and plug the unit's power for it to connect or I get the forever circle of death.Otherwise, it's been operating fairly well for how reasonably priced this unit is and does the job well - delivering GPS and music on a bigger screen - opposed to always depending on my phone.
