If you are buying this for an atomic bomb strike then go ahead you have nothing to lose. But I bought for boondocking (long term camping) this summer. Very disappointed for the price, There is sugar in every item except the powdered eggs. Two packages of "orange drink", basically a Tang like product first ingredient sugar. Stay away from this one if you are pre-diabetic or worse. It's a bomb in itself. Read the contents carefully before spending $100 on it. Most can be purchased and boxed at your local grocery store. NOT a camping solution. The "milk" powder they use is "creamer" the powdered stuff they use in coffee, very high in bad fats. It's really an awful waste of money for what you get. Very poor quality food.
