Is the product A Pack of 20 Pipettes, or is it A Bottle containing 15 ml. of Drops?
I ordered a pack of 20 Kyrosol ear wax removal pipettes as advertised (1 ml. each), and received instead a bottle of Kyrosol ear wax softener drops (15 ml). This was very disappointing as the pipettes would dispense a measured dose, while trying to administer the drops via a bottle would be down to guesswork. Also, I noted that the bottle contents is 15 ml, as opposed to the 20 ml. total of the pipettes. I feel the product as advertised is misleading, and it was a waste of my time waiting for my order.

Does the job!
Did the job, a bit weird lying on one side for half an hour whilst each one did its job, better to warm up in palm of hands first or else feels cold in the ear, a good product, came quickly and well priced.
