Great for my Music Library on my Commutes
I am not the most Techie person but somewhat know my way around these things. I have a decent commute to work and enjoy my music but don't have streaming in my old Honda. I have a lot of cds, but enjoy a variety now and then. I got an adapter to put in my lighter to bluetooth music over my car radio. I was using an old cell phone to bluetooth to my radio but it was getting too old and unreliable. I did a lot of research and decided on this one. I downloaded some songs from my laptop (easy enough) and put in the ear buds that came with it...and was extremely underwhelmed and dissapointed. My son took the ear buds listened and threw them in the trash, played with the player a bit, gave me his good ear buds and HOLY CRAP!!! It sounded WONDERFUL!! The app that came in to organize your songs is very well organized, no ads, and very easy to use. All in all, it holds a LOT of music, sounds great over whatever system I use, I have 2 libraries of music, my downloads synced from my laptop ( my cd collection my kids put in it) and my Amazon music downloads. It has a lot of other features that my kids tried to teach me, but I am happy with my music library. The battery holds the charge well and plays along time on a charge I highly recommend it but really, toss the ear buds and get a good pair .

Great MP3 player
Love the memory size to store all my CD's. It's basically an Android device with no phone service. I was able to download my favorite MP3 app from Google. Easy to upload and download music between this device and my laptop. The only con is it's slow to turn on.

*Almost* the best MP3 / MP4 player, but took LOTS of time to figure it out!
4* Took multiple messages to the seller to understand how to sort my MP4 video files for viewing, as well as how to switch from Portrait to Landscape mode. BUT: contacting the seller thru A is far-more effective than trying to use the Manual! Also – was even able to get Uber configured! While I’m planning on keeping this one, I consider this one to be strictly a backup to my new “go-to” for playing MP3 / MP4 files, that was almost $30 less:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DXF9H9HX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleLast – the clear plastic protective cover is a little puzzling – it’s designed to go on the BACK, instead of the front. Go figure…RECOMMENDED, as long as you’re prepared to spend LOTS of time & effort figuring out how to use this thing!

You'll need a headphone amplifier.
It's okay and does the job. If you really enjoy music at a better volume and sound quality you'll need to get a headphone amplifier. A simple $25 amp will work and you'll enjoy more clarity and better bass output through your listening device. The speakers from the device itself are very tinny sounding but most won't use the player without some sort of earbuds/headphones. The player itself feels very solid and it comes with a simple case. Video playback is just basic, nothing great. Wifi and BT all work fine. It does have a camera but don't expect much from that. Nice to have but I think most people are just looking for an mp3 player which all of our phones do that these days. A good phone with quality DACs would probably serve you better.

Better off buying a non-contract phone.
Where to start. I received this MP3 player which also included two wired earbuds, a USB-C charging cable and a soft plastic transparent cover that protects the device. I had no issues turning this MP3 player on and accessing it as I would an Android smart phone. Everything seemed familiar, including all the Google apps and bloatware Android likes to include on these devices. I went through and uninstalled any apps I didn't want without issue except for the native FM Radio app which kept reappearing on the home page every time I removed it which has never happened on any Android device I've used before. Also, I happened to delete the GBoard app before connecting the device to the internet, assuming this MP3 player had its own native texting option but it does not so I had to reset the device to factory settings just to get that GBoard back in order to complete the set-up. Very annoying. This MP3 device then becomes next to useless should Google retire the GBoard app. Another annoying factor is with design. The volume option is a turn-dial on this device which was a little wobbly and I can only see it getting worse the longer I use it. My next problem is with the SD card slot. The instructions included say the SD card should click into place but my SD card never did. I pressed it into place a few times, even using tiny tools to ensure that SD card slid all the say to the end but it would just spring back out without fastening in place which now prevents me from utilizing more than the 45GB of native storage that came with the device. Putting that issue aside, I did connect the device to my PC just fine, downloaded about 30 GB of M4A and MP3 music as well as music from streaming media. I would like to say my Android experience from this point was typical but it was not. Every app on this device really ran slow, gave a few seconds pause before executing a process whether it was playing a song I had chosen to videos I could watch. Finally, the most recent system update I could obtain from this device was February 2023 which claimed to be the most recent so its apparent to me that this device is out of date so why it's still available to market is confusing. The response time on this particular Android device was definitely lagging which I've never seen on any Android device, even on one of those contract-free smart phones which I would actually recommend over this product for the price.
