I use this product all the time. I love flowers and gardening. It is very terrible, you cannot beat the value for the money. Everything on it works. Including the moisture level in the brightness. As well as the pH, all you have to do is switch the button to whatever you want to check. I’ve never had an issue with it, and I would definitely buy it again.!

Absolutely love this. It’s a game changer. You never have to worry about the pH levels the acidic or the alkaline levels and if you have a plant that is not in a well draining pot this right here you will never overwater again for three dollars. It was very much worth it and it was quality easy to use.

I was surprised to see how it works without needing batteries. It helps me know when to water my rose bushes out front. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it is hard to read after sticking it in the soil. I have to bend down to see the display. The display should face upwards instead of horizontally.

The unit does not work for measuring soil alkalinity or acidity. When switched to ph and inserted deeply into moist soil the needle does not move off the far left indicating extreme soil acidity. I live where the soil tends to be somewhat alkaline so I know this is wrong. So I put the probes in a glass of water with baking soda which is alkaline and no movement of the needle from extreme acidity. I cleaned the probes and put them in a glass of white vinegar and still no movement. This proved to me the meter does not function as advertised. The light meter does work, but it takes direct sunlight for the needle to move. The unit does adequately measure moisture. However, I wanted it only for the ph meter and it doesn’t work so I wasted my money

If you are a Southern gardener, this is a must. After using this, my gardenias and berries flowered continuously once I realized my soil needed amending.

I am using this to monitor the moisture of my house plants. I never know how much to water them and this is makes knowing how moist the soil is easy. It is simple to insert into the soil and the instructions about how to monitor the moisture levels are clear. I’m happy to have found something that will keep my houseplants healthy! I cannot speak to the PH or light measurement because I am not using it for that.

This meter tests moisture and sunlight great, but I can feel the soil or see how heavy the plant is to know how much moisture it's got and I can see the light hitting the plant to know how much light it's getting, The only thing I bought this for was the pH meter and that doesn't work worth a crap. I placed this meter in 20 different types of soil, and the pH mater didn't move at all. I give it two stars one for measuring moisture and one for measuring light.
