Perfect set for beginner Pilates

This nice set comes with everything you need to get started in Pilates at home. I took a class at a studio and they used this equipment so I ordered it to use at home. I also like that the ring works great for stretching the hamstring muscles! Ball in nice and flexible. The colors are also vibrant. I’m happy with this purchase, good value for what you get!

Looks to be good quality

I have not used any of the products yet, just unboxed. I can tell that the ring is really sturdy and strong the ball is nice, it pumps up fast. I love the workout card it's nice the pictures are clear. Can't wait to start my pilates at home.
