I’ve been using the Osteo Cervical Pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I sleep and how my neck feels in the morning. The hollow center design cradles my head nicely while keeping my neck supported, so I don’t wake up with stiffness like before. I have 2 other similar pillows from different brands. I especially like/prefer the deeper buttoned depression where you lay your head that this one has. More comfortable than the other brands. I sleep better. Only reason I did not give it a 5 is that the "wings" here you can put your arms are not as wide//comfortable as one of the other pillows I have, but I still prefer this one for its medium, not too large, size and how my neck & head are cradled

I used to wake up 20+ times per night because of neck pain.I tried changing my mattress for a firmer fit- didn’t help.This pillow worked IMMEDIATELY. You have to air it out and let it come to its intended size for a few hours. There was no bad smell and I used same night. There is a removable height foam piece in it to make it a bit taller or shorter. I’ve left mine in and it’s perfect. There’s also a pillowcase included.If you are not sleeping due to neck issues, the firmness of this pillow combined with the memory foam material helps. It is cool, the color and fabric are great, the size is that of any standard pillow.It is great for back, side sleeping. It does a great job of supporting neck and back alignment while contouring to your body. I didn’t feel an “edge” of the pillow on my neck, it wasn’t too stiff. The thickness is great.The only thing (user error) is make sure you are laying on it the right way. Look at the pictures and instructions.I will be purchasing another to take on trips. I don’t use any other pillow anymore. I’m begging you to try this pillow.

I would give this cervical pillow the highest score for back sleeper. I must have purchased over 30 pillows online and in stores and this one is perfect for back sleeper. No neck or shoulder pain in the morning. The softness is just right on the memory foam.Not too hard foam that doesn't contour. There are 2 different level (one for long and short neck), I tried both and found the lower one best for my neck position. Besides right softness and it doesn't heat up like some cheaper ones online.It's worth every $$$$ even at full price. Don't waste your time, sleep and money with other pillows. Recommended.

It good as an annoyingly heavy regular pillow, but nothing more, nothing special about it... for a few reasons.The first main reason is that the only reason it becomes supportive at all to the neck is because of the head cradle dip in it which is only created by a small plastic snap in the middle of it that is pushed together to the bottom of the Cover. After just 5 weeks of use, the snap tore off of the cover making the pillow completely flat and without a bowl cradle dip in it at all to support the head.Second reason, it is extremely low. Any adult who has any type of shoulder width, especially if they are a side sleeper, they are not going to get any support from this unless they write to the company and ask for Extra potting to add in. I had to do this and the extra padding does not have a circular hole in the middle so it cannot be inserted inthirded into the the casing or snap together to be held with the rest of the pillow. Because there's no cut out in the middle I had a pillow on top of it and use a regular pillowcase to hold it all together..... Which did not work because it just slips out from under it creating uneven edges. Also using a pillowcase takes away from the shape overall because you have to stuff it in.... And if you use a kink sized pillowcase, the insert will just slide around.I would not recommend this pillow , A message just looking for a heavy regular pillow., with a scratchy top surface.
