This coconut oil works really well for oil pulling. Im a huge proponent of natural products. It has a pleasant texture and doesn’t leave a strong aftertaste. I’ve noticed my mouth feels cleaner and fresher after using it. Easy to use and a simple addition to my oral care routine. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try oil pulling.

Love this, it makes my mouth feel so clean and I was starting to get a little pain on my upper tooth and since I’ve used this I’ve had no pain. It’s not a very noticeable difference but I can see a color difference, it’s definitely making my teeth whiter.

Unpleasant taste and texture. I can see oil droplets floating in it, essential oil is really potent, not good for internal use. Be really careful not to swallow but ultimately you will get a tiny bit in your stomach and it will burn a bit from the essential oil. Did seem to clean teeth well but overall a greasy gross experience. Other products are blended better without the high essential oil content. I prefer Dr Gingers but the price was jacked up so I tried this stuff.

I was always hesitant about oil-pulling due to having to swish the solution in my mouth for 10 minutes. I did not think I had it in me to find the patience. Surprisingly, the time goes by quickly. This oil is smooth-tasting and very refreshing. I have been dealing with sore gums and after an oil-pulling session, I feel immediate relief. This will definitely help me until I can make a dentist appointment. It is important to remember to shake the bottle well before each use. Also, when done do not empty the mouth down the sink as it may cause pipe and sewer problems over time. I simply empty my mouth into a folded piece of paper towel or tissue and discard it into the trash can. Or one can simply aim for the trash directly. I did that once and had an awful splashback. I guess I don't have the best aim. Overall, after my current dental issue is resolved, I will continue to use this product.

I have been using this for a year or so and have repurchased a few times, it really does help lift plaque and as I smoke it helps with the stains.

First time you use it the taste is abit of a shock. But after a few uses you really don’t notice the taste. Im always searching for teeth whitening products. And the fact this is natural is amazing and I’ve noticed a massive difference in my teeth. My smoker stains have brightened up and my teeth looks so much batter already only been using it a week really happy will be buying again

Been using this brand for a while. Personally my gum health has improved. Tastes ok. Value for money.
