Works for string lights with proper connectors.

First picture is the idea, but as you can see the black extension chord is obvious and ruins the vibe. Second picture is how/where it fit and connects to lights, and third picture is the whole plug in set up. As you can see it helps things look so much more put together! My only complaint is it doesn't come in diffrent sizes. This one is long, really long but it worked just fine.

Super stealthy, wire hides away so discreetly. It's been through the rainy season and is still holding up nicely.

The Twinkly power supply and controller uses a very special 2-pin connector type that you cannot find the exact extension cable with the same type of connectors. The male connector has a middle divide that extend out so the female connector need to have indent in the middle to allow this extension to fit.This extension cable has the female connector somewhat recessed a little bit so without the indent in the middle it will not hit the middle divide from the Twinkly male connector at the controller end.This has a much better fit than the "Brightech Ambience Pro Waterproof Extension Cable for Solar Outdoor String Lights" that I was using before where the connector to the power supply can't be tighten all the way in.

Was the wrong connectors by a small margin. Look correct in the listing but triple check what you have first and measure.Connectors are soft rubber.

Sadly returned the light, but keeping this extension cord just in case I need in the future. It did fit perfectly for the low voltage plug type, as far as even having the twist on secure cap.
