I wasn't able to do this 2x a day for 2 weeks at all. Made my teeth sensitive, even when I went down to using it 1x every few days. The sensitivity wasn't as bad as other products, but I started using special toothpaste (EnamelOn) to try to erase all sensitivity and I still could only handle doing it for 15-20 min (vs 30) and only 1 time, every few days. Def not 2x a day for 2 weeks.

The overall device was pretty comfortable to wear, and I liked the breathing hole. Unfortunately, my teeth started getting sharp, sensitive pains within ten minutes of the first treatment, so I will not be able to use it. If you don't have sensitive teeth, it might be okay for you.
