I like how they encourage to use reusable bottles and refillable packaging to lessen environmental waste. I just used it, their ingredients are non toxic, I love how great it works and smells.

Love the products made by this company! Recently switched to Truly Free laundry soap and fabric softener because I was concerned about harmful chemicals used to make traditional laundry products. These smell great, clean great, soften fabrics and are eco friendly . The first time order should include laundry soap/fabric softener mixing jug with laundry soap and fabric softener packets. Simply mix them with water in jug and use until empty . Re-use jug over and over. I have placed the laundry soap and fabric softener on repeat order and I will probably never go back to the traditional products again. I also use this company’s dishwasher soap, everyday cleaner , degreaser and laundry stain treatment. Very satisfied.

This is an amazing fabric softener! I’m on a non toxic swap journey and this stuff is a must! Not only does it smell amazing, but I use dryer ball’s and it helps cut down on static significantly! 10/10, buying this again & again!

Smells good in the bottle and after the wash, but after drying smell is completely gone and don’t notice a difference in softness of towels or clothes.

We enjoy this product. Have signature sent and our clothes always smell clean and fresh.

I love the product. Gently and naturally fragranced. The lid is a bit problematic. You need to shake the bottle occasionally but if you are not careful to let the liquid drain out of the top, you get wasteful leakage when you pour it.Also, it is wasteful to send a bottle every time. Please add just the refill packets as a purchase option.
