Great parasol with perfect winding mechanism
Bought this to provide a splash of colour into the garden. Very pleased with this purchase. Wanted a large parasol and the winding mechanism is perfect, easy for all to put up and down. Material is lovely. Parasol is large enough to shield us from the sun without having to sit on top of each other.

Parasol
It’s a much darker red than I wanted. The quality seems ok, but I’ve haven’t been able to use it because of the weather.

Poor standard
Used this parasol for less than a month last year thereafter stored over winter in the garage. A week ago brought out and the bracket bolt 🔩 snapped. Impossible to repair therefore broken.

Gutted ...... Damaged Item!!
Wished I'd trusted my instincts when this arrived and the box was damaged quite badly and had been taped together. I'd actually ordered the last one in stock. I should have checked it straight away for any damage, but as the weather hadn't been great I hadn't opened the umbrella itself fully outside and left it propped up inside the house. Now I'm guessing it was a return anyway, one of the spokes is totally bent and cannot be straightened in fear that it will break completely!I was so pleased when I managed to track down this colour as I loved it after having one previously, I'm totally disappointed.I no longer have the packaging to return and when clicking on the return button it tells me it's not eligible for return for the following reasons :- "This item isn't eligible for returnFor safety reasons, items containing flammable liquids or gases can’t be returned to Amazon. For more information or help, please contact us"Please explain where there are flammable liquids or gases in a parasol umbrella!!!! Disgusted I've parted with my hard earned money for the seller to send out a damaged item.
