Beast of a scooter for sure...
Beast of a scooter for sure... it's fairly heavy, definitely solid! keep that in mind if you're transporting it around, my old Gotrax was half the weight i think. I bought it because i am a big guy, 210 athletic, so it handles my weight with no problem. i live in Chicago, so i'm cruising all over the place with it, why should i drive, when i can ride... plus, i never have to worry about parking! but you have to be careful with it, it's fast! and when you are in the city, you have to worry about everyone and everything else, cars included!! I charge it every 3-4 days, obviously I'm not driving 30 miles a day... but I don't have to, I live in the city, and everything i need is well within 10 miles. in regards to speed, you probably don't have worry to much in country or suburbs, but for in city, you really have to be responsible riding it!! this scooter will push 31-34 mph with no problem, even at my weight, but i don't push it that fast anymore, 25mph tops!! i probably avg 18-20 mph, and that does the job, much safer and easier to handle, especially riding in the city! not the end of the world, but my only problem i have with it... i'm a big guy, and the base of the scooter where my feet are, is a bit to short, needs to be a 4-5 inch longer.... i feel a little cramped up when i ride, which made it a bit difficult to control/maneuver when i first started to ride it, but i'm getting used to it.

Great buy
Scooter is fun, goes very fast and can operate slow for beginners. I ride it back and forth to work and I work about a mile away from home. It handles well on any terrain. I got the 2 year protection plan with it and they handle anytime my scooter goes down. They are currently sending me a replacement scooter.

Not worth the price!!!
My Grandson purchase this scooter to get back and forth to work which is about 6.5 miles from the house, by the time he gets there the battery already on half full. The battery only last about 14 miles not even close to 31 miles. The battery charger broke within a week, so we had to purchase another one , we're waiting on a refund for that. ALSO, he had to change the back tire intertube about 3 times because it keeps poppin- i'm figuring the replacement tube was not a good fit.The speed is great! Decent scooter but NOT worth the price!!! He's still thinking about returning it but not want to go through the hassle.

Great for commuting
I bought this as a replacement for my first scooter, which was starting to show its age. I ride this daily as part of my commute to and from work. It handles very nicely and the shocks absorb a lot of the vibrations I felt from my older scooter. Pay attention to the weight though; this scooter weighs twice as much as my "starter" scooter (60ish lbs vs 30ish lbs). It's also a little longer than my first scooter, something I didn't think about when I bought this. Thankfully I have a large trunk, but keep transport space in mind when buying. If this is your first scooter, I strongly advise keeping it in 2nd gear until you are very comfortable on this, as 3rd gear is very fast! Not the fastest scooter out there, but it'll definitely get you where you're going quickly. I'm not a skinny guy anymore, but I can ride comfortably at around 25 mph on my commute.Battery life is great, too. I charge my scooter on Sunday and can ride all week in one charge. The best feature I like about this scooter though, is its visibility in my early morning ride. The headlight is very visible but the lighted deck makes it so much easier to be seen while riding on busy roads in the mornings.Although I gave the scooter itself a 5-star rating, there are some drawbacks non-scooter related. The owners/ users manual is very rudimentary. If you're familiar with setting up a scooter from the box, the manual is adequate. The web site isn't much help either for information. The plus side is that the few times I've had to deal with customer service they've been very helpful. There are plenty of helpful videos on YouTube if you run into an issue as well. The speed control module used in this scooter is also used on several other models (Ienyrid and others). This was one of the reasons I had to contact their support site, as my control module was not configured for my models motor/ battery. That is one setting that, once configured, leave alone. There are other settings in the module that can be set up for rider convenience (cruise control, speed, etc.) that can be easily modified. However, to learn what the various controls are, I had to use YouTube, as the manual doesn't walk through the various control module features.Even with the drawbacks listed above, this is an excellent scooter for a good price.

Not the best quality but you get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for, just got it today and I had a few troubles. Firstly the locking mechanisms for the folding part gave me a ton of trouble trying to lock it in place. It took me and my step dad to pull on each side for it to finally click into place, secondly it would be nice to have an option to choose whether the seat stem or foot rest are installed first as the screws are screwed so tightly I gave up and just ended up using the seat despite wanting to use the footrest. Lastly, the brakes are midddddd. First day and I pulled the brake a little too hard and it popped the brake cable out, took some fiddling to fix but becareful how hard you pull them. This thing is fast! I’ve never had an e-bike that went past 20 mph and this makes you feel like flying but becareful as it does have a wobble on uneven surfaces or fast speeds, slow down for turns and don’t hit the throttle while turning. Solid entry level scooter I’m hoping it’ll last a decent while before I have to deal with a flat or any issues, I’ll update if any changes happen.

Very solid, fast, reasonable price and great support.
Had to upgrade kids scooter because the old one couldn’t keep up with their friends. This scooter was easy to assemble and so far is working great and is a little to fast for my liking, teenage kids love it and ride every day. I needed a little help and they responded quick with awesome videos.
