These Colingmill flash diffusers are super handy to carry and have on hand for all kinds of flash photography. Practically no room is lost in my bags and they don't add any weight. They fit all my various flashes and really help to soften the light.Now, being that close to the light source, it isn't going to match the softness of my 4 foot, high-dollar softbox. But for taking the edge off harsh bare flashes, these work very well. At under $10 (at the time of review) for 4 diffusers, you cannot go wrong adding these to your kit.

Simple as it Gets
I ordered this set of Colingmill 4 Pcs Universal Soft Mini Flash Bounce Diffuser to use on several different flash units I own.These diffusers will fit on pretty much any flash unit you might have. I fitted them to both rectangular and round flash heads. I found that there were some hot spots when using a high-powered flash at full power, but it was easy to just use two diffusers at the same time.The diffusers are not going to produce the same effect as a studio strobe with a softbox, but they work great when you're using indoor flash or, ideally, using flash outdoors to fill in shadows.
