Great taste , has helped me in my weight loss journey but has really boosted my workouts!I am 68 years old so I use it as my pre workout because it doesn’t give me that caffeine rush and crash.

Love this product! Energy level is through the roof. Lost 11lbs so far in 2 months.

So I just started taking it today and well, they aren't kidding about the slight stomach problems. Nothing bad (for me personally), but it's a bit uncomfortable to have to keep using the bathroom every so often. The taste is okay, it's not like you'd throw up from it but I will say that probably drink water after you have it just so the after taste can go away. Energy wise, so far I'd rate it a 6/10 since I just started taking it.I'll update this in around 2 weeks, but just for extra info I'm a male in my 20's so just keep in mind that everyone's body may react different to it.

Let me tell you about this product. A friend of mine told me it helps give him and his wife energy and has drastically improved their mornings so I thought Id give it a shot. I took the recommended dose and waited…suddenly my chest started to heat up, my heart beat sped, I began sweating profusely from head to toe. I tore my shirt off and ran to the AC, still no relief. I fell onto the floor and began rolling back and forth writhing in pain. I thought I had consumed the venom of Edward Cullen and was about to wake up a newborn vampire. Instead I just sat in sweaty pain for 15 minutes thanking God that I don’t have indoor security cameras. Just a reminder everyone has different reactions to supplements and products. My friend said he still love it though.

Love it! I’m in glp-1 treatment and my doctor recommended it along with my physical activity. After the second week of use, I'm losing more fat and without losing any muscle. And the flavor is just like sour gummies. 10/10!

Taste is okay and but doesn’t work like a thermogenesis level. Been using it daily for 2 1/2 weeks and there no signs of weight loss. I work out daily and it does nothing. It’s more like a vitamin or a C4 drink.
