I bought a few of these a year or so ago. I had heard "do you remember seeing me take this?" enough times that I decided I really needed this. Then I bought more when I realized I'd skip doses myself a lot because I'd think the same thing haha.These caps are simple: There's a small screen that displays how long it's been since you last opened the jar. No buttons, no alarms, just a simple timer. The only problem is if you open the bottle before checking the timer lol. I do wish they had a button to show you the last amount of time it saved.. that would be cool...More importantly, after about a year the batteries in mine started dying. I bought a 20 pack of LR41 batteries for about $6. You pop the plastic cover on the inside of the cap off and then loosen two really tiny screws and the battery comes off. Pop a new one in.. finagle the screws back on, good to go. They work fantastic with fresh batteries!I think the single biggest improvement would be to make it easier to change the battery. Getting the inside cover off is actually quite easy - any screwdriver or knife will do. Getting the battery holder off requires an eyeglasses screwdriver, fine fingers or tweezers, and good eyesight.

These are lifesavers, if they work. I bought a 3 pack months ago. One cap did not work. I didn’t have time to deal with a return. I needed more, so I ordered a 4 pack. Out of the package one didn't work. A week later a second one has failed. It’s really disappointing that they are obviously made like crap.

These are a life saver. Knowing when I took the last pill is so helpful in keeping on top of my medicine dosages. I only wish the battery was easier to replace. Easier to buy new caps. I wish they sold the caps without the bottles, since I have plenty of bottles. Nevertheless, I would not be without these on top of all my regular medicine bottles.

Ever wondered "Did I take my meds today?" or "When did I last take my meds?"These amazing pill bottles will answer either of these at a glance!I thought I was taking my meds "regularly enough" but often realized that I always had several doses left at the end of the month... Bought these on a whim and now I think they should be standard offering for EVERY regular med taker. THEY WORK!It's a simple concept: There is a tiny enclosed electrical connector inside the lid that is disconnected every time you open the pill bottle to take your meds. When you screw the lid back onto the pill bottle the switch is connected and the timer starts counting up to show the time since the pill bottle was last opened, clearly on the top of the pill bottle. Not sure if the battery is repleacable but I will tear into it once the battery dies. So far they have lasted a year with daily use. Definitely Recommend...especially for anyone who may be a bit forgetful.

Three of the four cap timers work, but the fourth one does not work. The colored caps make it quick and easy to identify different medicines. The pharmacy put meds in bottles that all look alike.I would have given 5 stars except one cap timer does not work

The set came with 4 lids and 4 bottles that are supposed to reset the timer when the bottle is opened. 2 came totally dead. 1 worked a time or 2 then stopped working at all. One seems to have a loose connection and sometimes will work and other times is dead. These are not dependable and easily malfunction. I love the idea but the functionality is not there.
