Good adhesion. Nice a slippy. Used it between two pieces of aluminum that needed to slide across each other. Would recommend.

It has adhesive
I didn’t know whether it would have adhesive on one side (like normal teflon tape). It does!

Tape is Too Thin
This tape is not 0.18mm thick. It is 0.165mm thick. Cut off a small piece and folded it back on itself, then measured that double thickness as 0.33mm ÷ 2 = 0.165mm.
