Perfect hub
This device works perfectly. It’s small and efficient with no delays. It charges my laptop via the usb-c port. For me 2 usb-c ports, 2 usb-a ports and 2 4K hdmi ports are perfect. Some complain that the attached usb-c cable that goes to the laptop is too short. I purchased a 3 foot extension cable for about $7 so I can place the hub where I need it.

Excellent HUB with Multi-Monitor support
Awesome product! Small and looks slick and supports dual external monitors (3 including laptop OLED). Even the USB C supports a video monitor. It also works as a charger, although my PC says it's a slow charge, but enough to charge while using Laptop at full speed and heavy loads. I honestly can not find any faults, overall a perfect product. Highly recommend

Great option for small office set up.
This docking station is a great value. It has been working seamlessly with my set up. I am using it to connect a second monitor and printer to my laptop at present. I plan to get another monitor to connect in the near future. It would not be able to handle much more than that, but that’s all I need.

Defective Product
Seriously defective product! Listen to the folks who are complaining about the battery power fluctuations. It has a hard time drawing power from the monitor. I have already checked direct connection for HDMI and USB C power work so its not on the cable end. If any of the front ports (Usb a or Usb c) are occupied, it won't power on when you switch to a different device. Ugreen is normally known for high-quality stuff so very disappointed with this. Bought and returned on the same day.

Great price and function!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Highly trust UGreen based on previous purchases and experience with their products. Accomplished everything I needed as a hub for second monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse.

UGREEN dock station experience
The product works, but if one is on MAC, connecting two screens to the dock station will duplicate the same screen, instead of allowing to use both. I have to connect the second screen directly to the laptop. The up side is that it doesn't depend on any other app.The device doesn't seem to be heating up and charges the laptop well. Also note the design does not feature a LAN connection option, so you will be on WiFi.

Make sure you use a quality power supply
Works well but make sure you use a quality power supply. I've only had this for a couple weeks. At first I was having some weird problems with it randomly disconnecting. I didn't exactly blame the dock because that laptop has had problems with other USB devices. But the way it was disconnecting made me think maybe it was a power issue. I was using a 65w Dell charger which should have been sufficient. When I traded it out for a 65w Lenovo charger, the problems went away for the most part.Power requirements will vary based on the equaiment you have plugged in so I can't really blame the dock for this. I should be using more than 65 watts, at least 10 watts higher, but I don't have a more powerful adapter lying around. If you're having problems, this is worth considering.

A tank of a USB hub that does everything you need it to do.
I hooked up an external hard drive, my webcam, and use it to charge my phone. Initially, I was concerned about whether or not it would provide enough juice to give each item what they needed, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was getting the same amount of wattage it was before. There are plenty of USB ports to keep me happy. My computer came with some in front and some in back, but it wasn't enough for all the different accessories I have. I looked at adding a PCIE card, but this hub did the trick for exactly what I needed it to do.I was also concerned about how much data would be able to flow through the hub, but again, I was surprised because the hub connected straight to one of my USB-C slots, which provided a high transfer rate. Well, high enough for me. It's really small, which I like. I can pack it in my backpack or laptop bag. The cord is short enough to be practical, but not so short that you can barely move the whole thing. It looks great, in that it's a neutral design that doesn't stand out in any negative ways. I have it velcroed to the side of my desk, and it's been rammed by the side of my computer a few times, so I know it can take a beating. Its strength is something I really like about this little hub. I don't have to be worried about tossing it in a bag and having it get bumped around or smashed. Overall, just what I needed, and for a great price.
