American Flag Pin 6Pcs

got a AMERICAN EVENT planned? ... well my incredible wife - after living years in this country decided that she too wanted to be an AMERICAN - and so my hunt was on for some AMERICAN flag pins - BOY there are a bunch of rip-offs for these little puppies throughout the internet and Amazon has its share of them as well. These are the ones - after all my research I ended with - looking for a best value - and thinking that being AMERICAN also included not getting ripped of for showing my pride - I think you'll like these - good quality and value...

Low quality..

Very nice pins, they do not appear cheaply manufactured. Bought myself the six pack just in case I lost some or some broke, but have only had to use one since I purchased them two years ago because it is a good quality product. Clasp in the back of the pins hold nice and tight and do not come loose; I tested all of them when I originally received them. Overall, very pleased. They look nicer in person than they do in the picture.

All six pins arrived via US Post. They're decent quality and individually wrapped. One could carry a pocketful of these around and give them away - I'm tempted to get a few more orders and distribute them at political events. The paint is a little imprecise, but I only notice this on very close examination. From more than a few inches away, they look great. Impressively, the blue portion is painted all around the 50 unpainted stars, which stand out as gold. This is preferable to white on a small piece of jewelry like this, as the reflective metal catches the light. It's a lightweight metal, and the weight is hardly noticed when worn. Although they are light, they are still sturdy. I tried to bend one with enough force to hurt my thumb, and it didn't give at all. The pin on the back is similar to other pin backs: Two leafs that catch a notch around the pin, and the leafs release when both are squeezed. This is easy to put on, and isn't likely to come loose accidentally.

The pieces I received were not exactly what is shown here. The Flag is not a waving flag, the gold was more dark gold not a polished gold, and it had sparkles in it. Still look pretty good - but just not what I thought they'd be.

Looks great! Good price. I'm always misplacing them, so this time I got several. :) For MY usage...I tend to just wear a twill button-down shirt AS my 'jacket' over my tank top (it's all I need...and no, I'm not cold! sheesh!! heh) Well I would prefer a righter space between the back of the pin and the clasp that holds the pin on. My twill shirt fabric isn't thick enough to prevent the pin from rotating around. I'll just put that out there. But it's really not a detractor for the pin quality.

These were very very very flimsy. They have a safety pin on the back that fell off. Not sturdy at all. The "metal" flag bends with the slightest pressure. Looks cheap! Wish I could return but for the price I paid, it's not worth it. I'll use them for crafts instead.

I had been looking for nice American Flag lapel pins and was having a hard time finding them in the local stores. I found these on Amazon and they were great pins nice and sturdy well made and the perfect size to wear with my suits. I would recommend these pins for your personal use or as a nice small gift to remind friends and family of what a great country we live in.
