READ THIS, MUST DO! Fix settings Before you complain/ return
Do this first and you will be blown away by how detailed and clean the sound is.1. Proper pairing= no issues: Open case so earbuds turn on. Wait about 10 seconds then close case so they turn off. Open case again and now u can take them out and pair to phone. If you're not used to open ear, they feel like they'll fall off but you will be surprised how well they stay on plus they're so light you'll forget they're there. Out of the box They will have low volume and sound weak. Try this if you have a newer android. 1st unlock developer options (Google how to if needed) 2. with earbuds turned on. Out of the case, Go into developer options and do this, Disable Absolute Volume, turn on 'Show LE Toggle Option' turn on 'HD Audio' and turn on 'Enable LHDC 3DAR' leave everything else as is for now. codec should already be 'Qualcomm aptx' 3. Now from phone quick settings go into 'Bluetooth device details' (press and hold Bluetooth, hit gear ⚙️ to go into device details setting) turn off media audio and phone call, then hit back, switch off Bluetooth on phone, wait about 5 seconds and turn it back on. 4. Go back into Bluetooth device setting and turn 'media' and 'phone call' back on. (makes phone volume and earbuds volume separate otherwise volume will be low) 5. Go back into developer options to check that disable absolute volume and LHDC 3DAR' is still switched on. *Also If you have Dolby Atmos I would turn it off if you want to make a custom EQ. That's it for proper set up now you're ready to tune to your liking but you absolutely need the App for best sound. Just Download PeatsSound app, (NOT soundpeats, that's the old one) register to app, it's easy enough, you hit pair after picking the earbuds but you're already paired so give it a sec. I think I had to wait a few seconds. get out of app then go back in. Now you can play with EQ settings and customize however you like! Adaptive EQ wasn't great so I made separate EQ for each type of music I listen to. For best results take your time. Go somewhere quiet, turn off Adaptive Noise Canceling and try different ear canal, I found #2 was best sounding and best bass. start with soundpeats classic EQ so you have a good starting point then click custom and notice the flat difference. If you don't know EQs just play with one EQ bar at a time. Raise it up high, notice the effect then drop it low and notice the difference. Do one at a time so you learn how each one affects the sound. If you're struggling Leave the same song on repeat and make sure music is high quality so you get the best sound possible. Have fun! I wish someone broke this down for me because I almost returned them lol. ✌️🎧🤙

Good earbuds with bad case.
The earbuds are pretty good. The case not so much. It quit charging the right earbud after 1 month. The earbuds do sound great but don't stay in the best (at least for me). The noise reduction does work fairly well for higher pitched noise but does almost nothing for lower pitched sounds. Wouldn't recommend purely because of the charging case.

ANC Works but case pins not so great
The ANC on these headphones work better than you think. Don't over think it these are open headphones but when you take them off you can hear the TV and world a little louder so it's doing something which is cool. The case kinda sucks.... The design is great but when you put the buds back in make sure you see the blue-ish connection color show up for each bud to let you know it has been placed on charge. Or you will come back and find your left or right bud dead because it didnt sit right. Or you take them out the case and 1 bud does not turn on because it auto shut off and never charged and didnt auto turn on. Also trying to get them in they miss a lot and slip and magnetize to the case or slide around or fall out when you try to put them back in or take out. The lid is too tight and doesnt open wide enough.I like these a lot besides the case issues. The air 3's are still better in sound but if you have ANC on which you should turn on right out the box it sounds great. Looking forward to the next version with a better case design.

Great... If only the batteries lasted more than 2 hours.
My 3-year old pair of Tribit Flybuds C2 still work well but don't have the multi connectivity feature, so I bought these primarily for that, which worked great. The product description states: "30 Hours Total Battery Life Built-in high-energy steel case battery." I saw only 1 review that complained about getting only 1.5 - 2 hours out of fully charged earbuds, so I figured it was probably a fluke. However, I experienced the same thing, and I barely used them during that time. I listened to maybe a half hour of music and was on the phone less than a total of 10 minutes. Most of the time the earbuds were simply connected and just sitting in my ears waiting for a call. I had to recharge them 3 times to get through my 9 hour workday. Took about an hour to recharge which was horribly inconvenient as I was left with no earbuds during that time. To make things worse, they drained my phone battery twice as fast as normal. Some really bad engineering here. I'm returning them. Too bad since they are light and comfortable.UPDATE 6/6/25: Shortly after I returned these, I was contacted by a representative from Soundpeats. They offered to send me replacement earbuds of any style, so I opted to try the Air5 Lite model instead. I have been using them most every weekday for months and they are everything I wanted the Air5 earbuds to be. They connect to my Android OnePlus Nord phone and my iPhone 12 easily. The only issue I've had, and it's more of a small inconvenience, is the earbuds will randomly disconnect from one or the other phone when that phone isn't actively communicating with the earbuds (on a call or playing music). That may not be the earbuds' fault but it seems likely. I just need to reconnect them again via the phone's Bluetooth screen. It doesn't happen every day, and typically only once per day, so not a big deal.

Soso earbuds
Start off lets go with likes, call quality is clear . Design is ok ,i do like how they look and the case is cool. Now dislikes : battery life is no good 1-2 hrs and keeps disconnecting after in use for several mins, and music playing sound sucks ,has no bass ,i know it is a open ear design but i have had some that are open ear and sound way better. Now the fit, it hurts your ears after if there in to long. Over all there not worth the money and this will be my forst and ladt time buy soundpeats .
