Absolutely love!!!!

Worked great about 10 times, then the unit wouldn't turn on. The switch went out. Shame if the manufacturer cared about quality, it is a great product idea. Unfortunately, I just wasted money on a hunk of plastic and wasted battery components due to greed and laziness on behalf of the company.

Product broke within a week. Top won't close properly and it won't charge anymore

So I did read the reviews prior to purchasing & saw that someone else’s device broke after 3 uses .. sure enough mine also broke after the 3rd use 😩 I really enjoyed it while it was working! It definitely knocked that fried hair scent out after you straighten your hair but it just is cheaply made in my honest opinion. This is an amazing product but it just need to have more than a 3 day lifespan. I’m sure that other companies will start to make these but I really wished it worked long. Definitely will be returning but I hope to find something similar soon!

Very nice idea. I like using it to clear the space, to uplift the area, to clear lower energies, i use different incense . I love the light streaming of smoke not over powering and its very light and portable.

I gave these as gifts for Eid-ul-Fitr this year. Purchased more than 20 of them from a different vendor, cleaned out their stock of white and black combs, so had to buy more on Amazon. :) This vendor had the same combs, and though I had to have two of them replaced because this vendor had shipped boxes with crushed corners, the replacements were just fine.One of the gift recipients, someone who travels a lot speaking around the world and getting lots of gifts, he said that this was the coolest gift he had ever gotten. Another of the recipients, my sister, told me she uses her pink comb regularly. A few of my gift recipients only use the device with the other top, the one that is not a comb. :) But the key is that everyone has enjoyed it who actually used it.

Just burns the incense like burning charcoal not a good smell. And it keeps clicking on and off. Not happy

Worst thing ever!!! The charge only lasts 2 minutes even after staying on the charger for the full 6 hours. It burns the bakhoor so fast that it smells like cigarettes. Overall terrible and returning ASAP!!
