When I tell you I have tried a lot of different braces, believe me it has been a lot of braces. I have found and kept a few that work and sent back more than I can count. This brace is probably the best quality brace I have ever seen. It instantly feels good when you put it on without being so restrictive. You would easily be able to wear it all day. The little cushion in the back is almost like a lumbar pillow and it straightens your posture up without you even realizing. It just feels good and you have instant relief. The materials used are excellent quality and the stitching and workmanship is perfect. I also saw on the paperwork that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I followed the sizing and felt I was closest to the medium, I could probably also easily wear the small. So my suggestion is not to add or round up when it comes to sizing. My 19-year-old son actually just took this from me. He does deliveries and is an athlete and struggles with back pain and his posture. He said it instantly felt better and he will wear it for protection when delivering. We both also noticed the second he put it on he was standing taller and his shoulders seem to be back more. Also when you put it on, kind of angle the front cross over part. If you put them straight across it does not fit as well and is not as comfortable. I think this is also explained in the directions if you look at them. My son of course did not lol. Most definitely worth every penny and I highly suggest buying this instead of trying many others and wasting your money.

This fits perfectly! Ive had a fusion and need two more at least for four more herniated discs this brace when adjusted correctly does a very good job and lifting the core weight off to support your spine the value is great and it adjusts easily. I have had to purchase a ore surgery one and $1,500 and while this is not the rigid plastic it does do the job for everyday use. For the users that say it is junk I just dont see that. Get the right size and you will be pleased with the support. Its easy to put on yourself and to keep it clean just put over a light undershirt I am very pleased with this I did a lot of research before buying this and it was worth it

I was having some lower back issues that were preventing me from playing golf without enduring moderate pain. After playing with the brace the discomfort was much relieved,( I play 4 to 6 days a week) so much so that my pain is almost non existent. The support fits well and is very well constructed with very durable materials.
