Very easy to assemble. I didn't want to have to go through a whole series of different colors and blinking options. I like that there are just white bulbs, and you can also arrange them around certain ornaments for effect if desired. Easy peasy. I like the extra touch of a pair of gloves to protect my hands although it was not really needed.
