My brother in law loves that show that makes all kinds of blades and weapons. I knew for Christmas i HAD to get him a damascus pocket knife and it had to be sturdy but smaller size, he has one in his pocket at all times. It is a quality knife-at least so far! Even the box it comes in is quality! Veryyyy gift worthy! He loves it and he is HARD to buy for. He loves how sharp it is. "It will cut!" ;-)

I use this as a money clip as well as a pocket knife. It does add a little weight to my pants, but the overall functionality of the money clip and convenience of a pocket knife make this worthwhile for me. The Damascus steel blade always gets peoples attention.This is my 2nd purchase of this product. I lost the 1st knife and liked it so well, I had to replace it.

I own another product by this manufacturer and this Albatross is very proportional and the Damascus process makes the blade look great. It is sharp, very sharp. In summary, it is sturdy, has an appealing look and is incredibly sharp. For the price, it is an excellent product.

Much smaller than expected but the dimensions are listed, I just didn't pay attention. Pretty sure it's not real Damascus steel when compared to my "real" Damascus blade, but still a nice knife. Nice size for smaller hands or in my case a "legal carry" without getting into trouble as with my "other" knives. Would be a great stocking stuffer. Although smaller than expected I'm keeping it, as for the Damascus steel...probably not going to get a "Real" quality Damascus blade for the price. If you want more go spend more, I'm happy with what I got for the price.

I don't often give five-star reviews and this one deserves it purely from a first impression view point, given that I only have had it for 1 day.The knife is sharp at arrival and the build quality is very decent. Based on my limited knowledge about the subject and the pictures taken from my semi-pro camera I believe that the blade is made of Damascus Steel - so much for all the older reviews that implied otherwise, which are probably from a competitor who can't compete in a honorable manner (, unless the older version of this product was made differently.)

I bought 3 knives from Albatross. All were very well made. I keep one on me almost at all time. Beautiful knives with good edge retention. Proud to show them off when using them.

It's a solid knife. I really like the blade design, the pattern, the holes in the blade and it's sturdy and sharp. Good stuff!

Mine wouldn't spring out all the way i had to add some tuff glide to get it to work, and the blade wasn't centered right, had to adjust tightness to fix that. Other than that its a good knife and good engraving.
