How do I enter the personalization? 1) Add the item to your cart and click "This will be a gift" or "This order contains a gift" 2) Proceed to the checkout 3) In the "Free Gift Message Box" enter your personalization. Please take care when entering your message as what you enter here will be exactly what appears on the product. The trinket can hold 3 lines of text, 20 characters per line including spaces and punctuation. If the character limit is exceeded it may result in your order being delayed. If there is a problem with your message or order we will contact you via e-mail Please note when we receive your message it does not include carriage returns, we will use our best judgement when laying out the personalization sent to us, please contact us if you require your personalization to be laid out in a specific format.
