I getting the vitamins I need .
I love that it Calcium, Zinc, Potassium, Copper, Strontium,Silica, Boron, and Vitamins A, B6, D3 K2 and E very important to my needs I've been deficient of. For one, the lingering body aches have gone, I mean gone. Sleep has improved and energy is better. This is just the start and I'm sure it will get better. I'm happy to have come across this. I also have subscribed for myself and my son. The only thing Im not a big fan of and never was is having to take more than one pill/capsule at a time. But I can live with it . Thank you

Great vitamins
