Great product - helps with my sleep so much.

This works! I was taking one a day at night because I use magnesium spray on my legs for restless legs and thought that would be enough but now I take two tablets a night, sleep fantastic and haven't even had restless legs since

I’ve only been taking this for a few weeks now but I can visibly see and feel the benefits. As a woman in the midst of perimenopause it’s made an improvement to my mood as well as my sleep pattern.

The box does not say how much of each magnesium type it contains. I've only taken it three times - near bedtime. It certainly has kept my bowel movements regular but I'm only taking one capsule initially instead of the full dose of two. The other benefits have not been to noticeable yet but I do believe there is a subtle difference in my anxiety levels and I feel more relaxed. I'm looking forward to more improvement as I think this is a good supplement. I should really take the full dose to see the other benefits, especially improvement in blood pressure and blood glucose levels - but I must be wary of loose tools. So I need to eat things which are good for me but I tend to avoid because they give me constipation!

One of the best magnesium and a clean brand

Firstly always do your own research and I'm no expert so these are just my opinions. Have been using Magnesium for a while now and do have a favourite brand - however was given the opportunity to try these. The key differences I see with this product compared to my other one are:- 1- Not clear on the split of types of magnesium being used. 2- The use of Brown Rice Flour in this product, is this a bulking agent? 3- After two tablets this is 64% NRV. 4- Higher price than the brand I've been using These are my reasons then for marking the product as 3 stars.
