This stuff works!

Pretty good product. It does what it says. For me it takes the eye off ones appetite.It kind of makes you a little less inclined to eat or gives you more of a choice in making a decision to do so or not. A full capsule can be a bit stimulating so just be mindful of that.

Solaray has been around for as long as I've been buying supplements, and I'm not young. So, a long time. LOL It is one of the brands I've used before, quite a few times. TBH I rotate between a few brands depending on the local sales and in the past, I usually buy my vitamins from a local shop. Then came Covid, and a lot changed. Now I've adapted to buying A LOT more online, so I tend to do that instead of running to a local shop.I'm part of the Amazon Vine program so I was luckily to get this product for free in exchange to test it out and give an unbiased review. I don't see a lot of products with a brand name that I'm familiar with, so I snatched this up for that reason. And also because of the potential weight loss benefits.I have chronic illnesses, so I have to take a decent number of supplements just to maintain my health. Because of this it can be hard to tell what's doing what if you start multiple supplements at the same time. However, I've been taking the same vitamins/supplements (not necessarily the same brand) for years, so if anything new happens I can tell for the most part.So, I have lost weight and I have now used up this whole bottle. I can't say if it was this, or other things happening at the same time, but I am thinner. Technically I lost more viceral fat and gained more muscle, so my weight has stayed about the same, but I am still thinner. I used this in conjunction with a vibration machine I have been using since I fractured my spine in 2022. It helps with my balance, circulation and is supposed to help with my fracture. I have noticed slow, overall fat loss with this machine but it's VERY slow since I only use it for 10 minutes per day. I did notice a sudden jump with my fat loss a while after I started this so maybe they work synergistically. With so many possibilities surrounding this product I just can't say for sure, but it does seem promising. I would have to try this again to see if this was the supplement that gave me the results. But for right now I'll give this the benefit of the doubt since I did experience fat loss. 4 star rating.
