It has a low power consumption feature which can help us save in energy cost. The keypad is made of high quality materials and sturdy which is durable for often use. It's a must have and highly recommended.

Tested and working, can’t wait to install it
We are in the process of putting in an electric gate, and this will be used outside to control the gate, we have provisionally tested it off the circuit and it is working, nice sturdy looking keypad and looks smart when installed on the post. Overall, seems like it will be easy to wire up.Good quality, good price, happy to recommend

Competent piece of kit for those who know what they are doing
So I've had similar things to this like door locks which can let people in with fobs, etc, but this one is more of a traditional keypad. It should be noted that this is a piece of equipment more for professionals or hobbyists who know what they are doing, and not a quick job you can DIY. It only contains the keypad which means you will likely need to order RF fobs if that is your intention, and also have a method of powering it.For us, we used it as a home electronics experiment to try and create a locked box, which after a lot of fiddling around and other equipment that we had laying around we were able to do, but it is not the usual intended purpose for a device like this.It does it's job as intended, but again, for those that know what they are doing. The wiring diagram is helpful and allows those of us who are amateurs to get something working from it.

Impressive
I got this for work - we have an inner door for security and previously using a non digital old style push button, which can annoyingly stick and cause problems. This one is far superior in every way - it is backlit so if I nip into the office after dark and don't want to turn all the lights on I can still see what I am doing. Robust and reliable. We did get our in house handyman who is electrically experienced to install it, although he did say it was straightforward.

All the connectivity you'll need with rattly keys and frame
This is a fully featured entry system. You've got plenty of connection options for typical mag-door set-ups and more. The LED illumination is clear and good so will work in a low-light location too.The terminal blocks are fairly small and once the wires are fitted it's hard to see the screen-print on the PCB to identify them. I appreciate it's a small device with lots of options but they feel just slightly undersized. Fortunately you'll only need to wire in once. The keys and case itself are a little rattly and makes it feel lower quality that it actually is as it's a solid construction. It comes with a varistor but doesn't explain how to wire this in. If you know, you know but it's not helpful for notices. Likewise some of the connectivity such as the data lines are not explained.A real shame is that it doesn't come with any RFID tags but understandable.

Impressive quality, great functionality and easy to use
This is not a cheap keypad but once unboxed it is easy to see why.It is a high quality product of robust metal construction and exudes quality.Make no mistake, you need electrical/electronic skills to install this without breaking a sweat as it is quite complex to figure out if you dont have at least basic skills or experience with this type of product.Be aware that this is a keypad only and requires an electrically operated lock/latch and a 12volt power supply. If you DO know what you are doing you will appreciate the quality and functionality of this keypad. A comprehensive manual is supplied. It will accommodate up to 1000 individual users via 4 digit codes or rfid fobs/cards.It illuminates when approaching making it easy to see and use in darker locations.£39.97 at the time of my review

Well made, solid construction...
Smashing little unit, solid build and loads of installation possibilities. It feels very robust with a decent bit of weight to it... far better than the plastic-cased alternatives. They've provided a good selection of connections points for different jobs, and it includes a tamper-switch circuit for when the cover is removed. The keypad is generally OK (easy to see/operate etc), with the only minor annoyance being the loose/wobbly feel to them. I'm sure that could easily have been solved with a foam or soft rubber membrane during manufacture, and it's something I'll certainly be looking to fix myself. That said, I really do like this keypad, and although I've yet to try the RFID fob feature, just as a standalone keypad system it's good bit of kit.On a quality/value-for-money basis.... a generous 5-Stars (a definite 5 if they sort out the wobbly keys).

Efficient access control keypad
I installed this proximity digital keypad to enhance security in our office. Setting it up was straightforward, and the included user manual made programming easy. The keypad responds promptly to both PIN codes and RFID fobs, which is convenient for managing access for multiple users. The backlit touchpad is helpful in low-light conditions, and the construction feels durable. It accommodates up to 1000 users, making it suitable for larger organizations. The low power consumption is a bonus, contributing to energy efficiency. It's a reliable solution for indoor access control, providing peace of mind and secure entry management.
