REAL people, REAL products, REAL results...
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Company That Truly Cares — and a Product That DeliversAfter receiving a bottle that looked tampered with (through no fault of the brand itself — likely an Amazon fulfillment issue), I reached out directly to Vita Bloom Labs. What happened next completely restored my faith in people and in business. Not only did I receive a genuine, heartfelt response from the cofounder, Daniel, but they also sent a generous replacement shipment — not just one bottle, but three. My son, who uses these supplements as part of his healing and performance routine, was overjoyed. His face lit up. It turned a frustrating experience into a genuinely touching one. We’ve now used all three products — especially the Paraxanthine formula, which has been a game-changer for my son, who is incredibly sensitive to caffeine. This product provides energy, clarity, and focus without the crashes, overstimulation, or sleep disruption. He calls it “clean, not dirty energy,” and I couldn’t agree more.We run a healing-centered blog called 36ScarsLater.org, and this entire experience — the customer care, the trustworthiness, and the product quality — earned a place in our hearts and our story. If you're looking for supplements from a company that’s not just selling — but serving — look no further.Highly recommend. 💊❤️

Life Changer in a Bottle!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this supplement because the results have been amazing. I was skeptical at first — like most people, I’ve tried plenty of products that made big promises but didn’t deliver. This one, however, actually worked.Within the first week, I noticed a boost in my energy levels and improved focus throughout the day. I didn’t feel jittery or wired, just naturally more alert and motivated. I also started seeing physical results: reduced bloating, better digestion, and I even dropped a few stubborn pounds without changing much else in my routine. What I really appreciate is that there were no negative side effects for me, no headaches, no nausea, and definitely no crashes. The ingredients list is clean, and you can tell the company put thought into the formulation.I plan to keep this in my daily routine and ff you're on the fence, I highly recommend giving it a try — it made a huge difference for me!

Focus, energy, and uplifted mood
Love it! Seems to be a good alternative to prescription medications for focus, without the negative side effects. 🙌🏻

If you like caffeine...
You're gonna love this product. A more effective, clearer, less jittery lift than caffeine, and no sleep disruption. No "bounce" or crash, just a nice hours-long sustained focus energy. Great for lifting workouts too, seems to provide an extra 10-20% in the gym. No stomach upset, I tolerate this very well.

Undecided
When I take this, sometimes I get a mellow energy and mental clarity. Other times I’ll take it and nothing happens. Not really sure why it’s interesting. But when it does work, I love it.

Paraxanthine is as effective as caffeine minus the adverse events from caffeine
I’m schooled in the pharma world via pharmacy school, 10 years RX experience, 30 more years in biotech, oncology, biotech and clinical trials.I am familiar with the science of caffeine de-methylation to paraxanthine via the cytochrome P-450 liver enzyme process where the body actually converts caffeine to paraxanthine via de-methylation. I also consulted an old gym buddy and former professional body builder who has a PhD in biochemistry to be sure I had my biochemistry data correct. He said I was spot on with the science but please do your own verification as well!In theory, Paraxanthine should be more effective with less side effects than caffeine because Paraxanthine is a liver metabolite of caffeine scrubbed of the side metabolites of caffeine via the aforementioned cytochrome P-450 enzyme system in the liver.I typically take 100mg caffeine pre-workout with 5 grams creatine because 200mg. of caffeine is a bad experience for me. I switched to Paraxanthine over caffeine to see what would happen. The issues with caffeine for me included a diuretic effect (frequent urination), occasional abdominal cramps, a jittery and anxious feeling plus increased heart rate measured via my Apple watch. None of that made me feel good.I started with 1/2 of a 100mg. paraxanthine capsule initially. I wish I could locate paraxanthine in tablet form so I could titrate the dose easier. Paraxanthine powder removed from these capsules has a slightly bitter but not objectional taste.I titrated upward from 100mg of paraxanthine up to 200mg of paraxanthine over 6 weeks at the gym. I experienced a similar or better workout benefit compared to caffeine and a bonus of NO abdominal cramps, frequent urination, increased heart rate or jittery feeling immediately or later in the day that I had experienced with a 200mg. dose of caffeine via caffeine tablet or in "pre-workout" formulas. The benefits of paraxanthine are that’s it’s a single chemical entity meaning it's not mixed with other chemicals and unneeded vitamins, minerals and who knows what else in the branded, expensive and oddly named "pre-workout" formulas (like "super monster muscle shredding pre-workout") that are BS marketing rather than science. The only slight disadvantage of paraxanthine capsules versus caffeine tablets is price. Caffeine tabs alone are super cheap but caffeine in "pre-workout" formulas can be more expensive than paraxanthine. Now that I have seen the benefits of pure paraxanthine, I tossed all my other caffeine laden pre-workout concoctions. As always, do your own research, don't trust any single report like this from any source without doing your own due diligence.I hope you find that this review is based on that new bad word "science" rather than BS marketing hype. Cheers and happy lifting!
