Very Poor Quality Handle – Unsafe to Use
It is very difficult to lift the vessel after boiling vegetables because the handle is of very poor quality and does not insulate heat. The handle also slips out easily, making it unsafe to use. My wife purchased this with high expectations, but the design is very disappointing. Draining hot water is extremely risky as the lid also slips out easily while pouring.I had a very bad experience with this product – not recommended.

Innovative solution but more improvement required
Innovative solution for the problem of straining rice water. However, my first day was a disaster as I tilted it the lid came out suddenly. Next time I was careful and could save the cooked rice with the help of the kitchen napkin.If only they can add a locking system for the lid ! The handles also heat up. More improvement needed .
