Love this sparkly water drinks. Great mocktail to have at home. It have Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, and L-theanine.. No added sugar. A great drink to enjoy after work. I usually have it on the evening to wind down and getting ready for sleep routine. This mix flavors are great, so I can try all the different flavors.

This adaptogen seltzer is a great alternative to alcohol. It's a perfect way to end a hectic day. It has relaxing effects. Just when I thought I loved one flavor, I try the next and love it even more. I think my favorite is the cucumber mint. Best part it’s healthy and very low calorie. Highly recommend.

I love the flavors, and the clean ingredients! Not only are the ingredients clean but it tastes great as well. For someone that drinks a lot of water and is very conscious around what goes into my body, this is a refreshing mix.

Prefer Recess drinks by far for both taste and effect.

I love the concept of Mindful botanicals. These are made with no sugar, sparkling soda, lions mane, and magnesium. I love the peach and ginger and elderflower and mint best, but all of the flavors are really good.

I wanted to try another alcohol-free beverage to relax in the evenings. These flavors sounded decent, but they taste awful! I can usually choke down things even if I don’t enjoy them, but I ended up just pouring these down the sink. I just really didn’t enjoy the flavors. I prefer the Reccess ones or even Hiyo over these.

I bought my first trip at target. It was the blood orange flavor and after that I was hooked! The taste was delicious! I felt incredibly relaxed and was able to fall asleep quickly after. The next day I went to Amazon to try more flavors. Here’s my honest review.The cucumber one is incredibly refreshing. I would highly recommend if you’re a fan of cucumber.raspberry orange wasn’t my favorite but still refreshing and enjoyable.Peach ginger was horrible. The ginger was so potent that I needed another drink to wash away the spice.elderly mint was also terrible. It was like toothpaste and flu medicine mixed together.I will buy again but only the blood orange not listed in this bundle and the melon cucumber.

I love the variety of flavors these offer. Peach ginger is my favorite. Its nice to end the busy day with one of these. Carbonated, low calorie and healthy clean ingredients!
