I thought there was no way this thing would work with our software. I have been proven wrong. And it cost me a quarter of what it would have cost to buy one from the manufacturer. So far I've pulled codes, checked onboard snapshots, and programmed a key with it. And now that I've got my own pass thru device I don't have to fight other technicians for the limited resources available at the shop - we only had 2, 3 if you count the one that is out of date and no longer supported. Needless to say it's improved my workflow.
