These feel very comfortable in my shoes. I had to figure out the best location in my shoes for them, but they work great when in the right place for your foot.These came in very handy because I recently bought some sandals that claimed to provide arch support, but they are flatter than Kansas. But because I liked the shoes overall and they had a good price, I figured I would stuff things in them to make them work.And I happened to have an extra pair of these arch supports I had bought for another pair of shoes.

During the summer I like wearing stylish sandals and often times those styles are very flat and leave my feet and ankles hurting due to the lack of arch support. I ordered this product hoping this woukd allow me to wear the sandals more comfortably.I was somewhat confused initially about which way to turn the support in the shoe based on minimal instructions. Once I position them on my sandals, I noticed they are a bit wide for the type of shoe I intended this for. I have kept them in the sandals and I notice while they do make a difference with my arch support, sometimes my feet hurt after wearing them for long periods. Maybe that's due to putting my foot into a position that is not the norm.Overall, the stickiness of the product is a plus and it stays in place. I think it will be more functional for me if there was a more narrow size option as well as a shorter width option. I haven't tried it in a different shoe, but it may work better in fully enclosed shoes. I will continue to use the pair I have.

These supports are a splendid way to add a bit of arch to shoes. I have low arches and need just a little support. These pads are perfect for that - they stick inside my shoes and don’t move around, are soft yet firm, and are the right arch height for my almost-flat feet. A great way to make your shoes extra comfortable especially for standing.FYI I was not compensated in any way for this review.

I bought some of the new flat style shoes that have zero support for high arches. Full size arch supports pushed my heels up too far. After positioning these in the right spot they were awesome. The major problem is that when I took my shoes off at the end of the day, the arch supports fell off. They have zero ability to stick in place. I used glue to put them back in but I feel i should not have had to do this if it was a good quality item. I did like that they had 2 different sizes of arch supports pushed my.

These are great! Love that they are clear, so that they can be placed in any type of shoe. The plastic covering is soft and the gel is firm, is really comfortable and helps with pain relief for my Plantar Fasciitis. The adhesive bottom is great and helps keep the, in place.

These are perfect! I have very bad plantar fasciitis and very small feet. Most supports are too bulky for me. I stick these on my clean feet (I get the smaller size), and then put on my socks & shoes. When I take them off, I stick them back on the nonstick wrappers that they came with. I can wear these with all of my shoes. And they help alleviate some of the pain.

Almost everything about these is wrong. The one sort of positive is that they were initially invisible …until they began shifting when I walked. Bought these to place in brand new sandals. They do NOT stick well despite following directions, and the poor-quality adhesive started rubbing off after 1 wear. Kept moving around and falling out. They are entirely too long and come up the other side of the shoe. (Wide shoes, btw) The arch wasn’t even high enough for me. After much effort, I even tried trimming the flap but I just couldn’t get it to work. Find something else. These aren’t it.

Arrived on time and is easy to insert in the shoe. I was able to unstick it and re-stick it in a better position also. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is that they are not as malleable or squishy as I hoped and I ended up not really being able to use them. That could just be me though, with my feet, but the support felt hard under my feet, and it was difficult for me to figure out the best placement under my arch. Nevertheless, at this price and with the flexibility to place it where you want (and you get two sets) and the fact that you can remove them also, this is still worth a try for people.
