Works good
Quickly heats and lasts a reasonable time. This is kept in my trauma/CPR/stop the bleed kit. A must have if you need instant warmth.Tip: it's not a bad Idea to have a few of these in every kit. It might help warm hands or perhaps reduce the likelihood of hypothermia.

Hot pockets!
These 6 packs of hot compress are very good if you have sore muscles. You get six individual packs. Each pack is single use. To activate, you squeeze the center of the pack until you hear a popping whooshing sound. As soon as you hear this, you shake the bag several times to distribute the liquid inside all over. It takes a few seconds to start getting hot, but once it does, it gets HOT! I love it. Almost gets too hot, so make sure you are not applying it to bare skin, you'll want to apply over clothing or put it in some type of cloth pouch (not included, fyi) so that you don't burn the skin you are applying to, and you don't burn your hand holding it in place.Once hot, it seems to last 15 minutes or so, so you get enough heat time to really loosen up whatever muscle you are applying it to.For the price point, this comes out to just over a dollar per use. Not bad, but not great. But it worked very well, so it's great to keep on hand for when you need something fast and don't want to fumble with some electronic device with cords and everything.Overall, I really like this, I highly recommend getting this.

They get warm, not hot
Pretty standard hot packs. They have water in a pack and you squeeze it, break the water pack, and that initiates a chemical reaction.I think heat tolerance is relative, so my version of warm is someone else's of hot.Just know that they're not super-duper hot, but will provide a good heat for what ails you.

Hazardous
Something is seriously wrong with this product/distributor/mfg. I have used instant hot compresses in the past multiple times. This pouch (tried 2 pouches) would not activate when squeezed. One pick actually opened and particles flew all over. Returned the remaining packages

They worked great!
These appeared for review at the perfect time because, just two days after they arrived, hubby had a condition that needed heat compress for a couple of days and these were a God send. The pads were easy to activate. There's a smaller bag inside that holds a liquid, so you have to squeeze the compress until that little bag inside pops to release the liquid. Once you shake the bag to mix everything up, you start feeling it get hot, and boy do they get HOT. The set did not come with a pouch to place the bag in, so I just wrapped it up in paper towel and the removed it once the bag cooked down a bit so hubby could take advantage of all the heat it could give. The heat lasted for about 30 minutes which is not bad at all. I still have two bags left and I will be saving those in my first aid kit.

Easy Use Heat Compress
Easy to store, use, and throw away. They heated up to a nice heat that didn't hurt when putting on body. Easy to use, by just shaking hard to activate. Great product for quick, easy heat.

Instant Hot Compress!
I was curious when I saw the listing for an instant hot pack for pain relief or using on sore muscles. I had not heard of this type of product so I was a little skeptical at first but ordered the pack to see if it would work on my back or not. When I received the parcel, I was glad that it included 6 hot packs to try out. They are sealed bags which feel like they have granules inside and once you find the bubble of liquid and squeeze it; it immediately is absorbed by the granules quickly and becomes hot very fast. I then had to move the pack around on my back because of how hot it was, and I did not want to be burned by the high heat but get some relief from muscle tension instead. The instructions mention placing the pouch in a sealed cloth bag which I did not have so I used a plastic sealable bag instead which worked ok.I did like the overall feeling I had once that my back adapted to the heat and started to loosen up in the tense areas. I am pleased with the product and glad I have found another item to help with my own therapy treatments at home.
