Happy customer...will definitely order again. These are flash frozen, conveniently portioned, and cook up really well. It isn't Wagyu beef, lol, but it's pretty tender & worth the price in my opinion. These were packaged excellently. FedEx misdelivered them & it delayed delivery by one day, but they were still frozen solid. I was tickled. Also, they still arrived earlier than anticipated. They are juicy when defrosted like a fresh cut of beef, unlike steaks you find "fresh" in a grocery store. These still retain all the original moisture. I bought the 6 oz. size.
