Microswiss FlowTech - CM2 Nozzle - Copper Body, M2 Hardened High Speed Steel Tip, Long Life, Wear Resistant, Made in USA (.4mm)

Because they're machined from a special copper alloy and conduct heat better than brass nozzles, I can print faster with these nozzles, and the 0.6 size speeds up my printing even more. These allow me to print with an 0.86mm extrusion line width which works great in spiral vase mode, and there doesn't seem to be any visible print quality difference between 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles. Also, the hardened steel tip on this nozzle won't wear out when I print with abrasive filaments like carbon fiber filled nylon. For these reasons, I can leave this nozzle in place and use it for just about everything I need to print. It works so well, I bought two more to use with my other printers.

Put this on a So olSV08 and it works fantastically. I love the flow you can get out of this horns. You should tweak your settings for this nozzle and the n your in heaven

what can I say they just work. After looking very close they are not harden tip they are plain but tile says they are harden

Excellent. I got one of these months ago and all I do is occasionally poke and run cleaning filament, my prints always look like a fresh new nozzle. I like the ecosystem, the ability to swap nozzles to any microswiss is very useful.
