Great quick view reference
Even though the list of foods is very extensive all of them are not listed alphabetically, took me several minutes to find the “common” vegetables such as green beans, garlic, kale, spinach and green & elbow squash. Other than that, this is a great quick view for those just learning how to control type 2 diabetes.
