This is the one supplement that I take in the morning that I really look forward to taking. The chocolate flavor and a touch of mint is good enough to put on ice cream for dessert! I felt better in about 3 weeks after adding this to my daily vitamins and supplements. I highly recommend this product to any female that wants to feel their best and improve their overall health.

OK, this is amazing!!! This was recommended by our naturopathic MD. It contains healthy oils and should help with decreasing monthly cycle issues. It tastes FABULOUS, we put it on Ice cream--dairy free vanilla cashew. Also, my daughter reports it has helped her with her monthly cycles. Highly recommend!
