Great find
I was really happy to find this as in our household we make a lot of stocks, soups and stews etc. This handy gadget means that we can infuse the food with fresh herbs and spices without having to then attempt to fish out anything that wouldn't be pleasant to bite on when eating. Everything fits easily into the infuser, including large whole bay leaves. A thoughtful design feature is that it can be locked at 4 different heights, which means it can be used in pots of varying depth. I would recommend getting a small pipe cleaner or keeping an old toothbrush handy for cleaning inside the infuser after use. It is a well designed and sturdy piece of kitchen kit.

Sturdy.
Beats hands down the muslin bags I used to use. Holds good amount of Bay leaves, Cardomom pods, peppercorns etc. Removed the silicon cord as I like to stir my large pots of various nosebags from time to time.

This spice infuser is very good and sturdy and did our red cabbage fabulously

Very reliable and effective
Bought this specifically to make Vietnamese Pho and it takes in cinnamon sticks to peppercorns with no problem. Have used this 3 times and very happy with this addition to my kitchen tools.
