This is our third bottle.. My teen uses it daily to deter the nasty mosquitoes in Florida. The smell is pleasant

So, my husband and I moved into a new neighborhood last year that had everything we wanted! (We’ve moved a lot!). Then, one day, we took our dog for a walk and we started getting bit by no-see-ums. They were brutal. While they bit both of us, they liked my husband more and he had a very bad reaction to them. He would come in from the outside with bleeding welts on his limbs, once on his lip which caused it to swell. What to do!? The good news is that they only last for several months and we definitely did not want to move again!! So, a kind neighbor turned us on to Bug Smoother and omg, what a life saver it turned out to be. My husband can put it on and go outside without being tortured! Can’t say enough good things about it…and it smells nice too!

Maybe it is just the tough mosquitoes that we have here in the South, or this spray does not work on all mosquitoes. Not sure. I know it does state in the product description that it works on MOST mosquitoes. I still just give it 4 stars because it should work on all mosquitoes if any at all, I think. The spray does have a pleasant smell and is easy to spray on skin. I just noticed that after shaking and spraying it, once the spray dries, the bugs are biting me once again. Not effective here in Louisiana for me, sorry.

I love the smell of this product- everyone does. It smells like fruit loops with a hint of vanilla. Goes on smooth and protects against mosquitos and ticks. We live near the river on the woods so no matter where you go those bugs are always nearby. Haven’t had any issues. It’s also good for when going out in public; no deet smell.

I bought it because I work in a warehouse and gnats are a constant irritant. However, it stinks so bad that using it made me very unpopular with my coworkers. I think I would use it again if I went camping or hiking alone, but not where other people would have to smell me. However, I did give it 3 stars because it is effective; not a single gnat bothered me throughout my shift.

I’ve been using this product for a couple years now and always reorder it. I like the way it smells and it does not leave a greasy feeling on your skin. It works to keep the mosquitos away from me and my family.

Play golf daily and in June the gnats can be very much a distraction even to the point of swallowing a few. They're in my eyes ears nose too. Anyway this product sometimes seems too attract them even more. Certainly does nothing to repell.Perhaps it helps repel mosquitos. Someone told me ben gay is good for repelling gnats.

I like the fragrance. It works great, however after using it daily,twice a day to walk my dogs, it gave me headache.I am probably using it to often and spraying on too much!I will keep using it though!
